The mission
Crudmonkey is a rebellion against broken, opaque IT recruiting. It treats candidates as assets rather than inventory, mandates honest feedback to eliminate ghosting, verifies every opportunity human-to-human, and requires radical transparency on pay, sector, and project reality.
Platform architecture
Developed natively on Cloudflare’s global edge platform (Workers, D1) for instant global responses and zero cold starts. Built following Shape Up and Getting Real principles: fixed cycles, small bets, real words, and less software.
